How do I register for a sale?
In order to place a bid in an online sale, you will need to register as a site user.
To register, simply click on the register button within the online sale section and complete the buyer registration form online. Please be advised that all the fields marked with an * are compulsory.
Should you wish to be added to our e-mail database, please select up to three categories from the drop down lists provided.
To complete your registration, you must have read and agree to our terms & conditions. Please ensure you have ticked the box confirming you have done so prior to submitting your registration.
Once your registration has been received you will be e-mailed a password to the e-mail address provided. This password can be changed to something more memorable in the personal settings section.
It should be noted that you do not have to register for each individual sale and your user name and password are valid for all future sales.
I haven’t received my registration e-mail
- Check your e-mail account. Spam filters may be preventing the receipt of this e-mail. Your e-mail service provider will be able to advise you on how to change spam filters should you require any assistance. If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check to see if your e-mail has been diverted to one of these folders
- Your registration may be pending. All registrations are approved manually so you may experience a delay between registering for an auction and being able to place a bid. If you attempt to bid whilst your registration is pending, the system will automatically prevent you from doing so and a pending message will be displayed. If you have been waiting longer than 24 hours for your registration to be processed, please contact us.
Log In Issues
I have forgotten my username Your username is the e-mail address you supplied us with when you registered. If you cannot remember your username please contact us.
I have forgotten my password If you have forgotten your password, type in your e-mail address in the “Lost your password?” section of the log in page and your password will be e-mailed to you.
Can I change any personal details? Should you need to change any of your contact details, log in as normal and select the required category in the “Account Details” section, make the required changes and click “Save Changes”.
